Load bearing structure
The load bearing structure is achieved by combining thin cross-sections and steel tubes. These elements are treated to protect against rust and oxidation and use high quality steel providing overall greater strength than conventional heavy profiles.
External and internal wall finishes
O.S.B. sheets are used internally and dry wall system externally. Lining materials such as plasterboard and O.S.B. conform to specific requirements of European Standards and accompanied by certification.
Exterior plaster surfaces
The use of pre-mixed mortar externally provides the best protection against the weather. Unlike traditional mortar it ensures consistent and uniform material in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidance. It also allows for the use of additives that provide greater elasticity and durability in adverse conditions.
Renovation – thermal facades
IQia undertakes renovations of homes, offices, business premises etc as well as the construction of thermal facades on outer building shells that aim to minimize energy use.
All the building materials satisfy the European Standards and are certified by the appropriate authorities.
Materials such as insulation, water- proofing and fireproofing of the structure are certified to fulfil environmental sustainability and durability.
